Maintenance Packages

Keep it simple.

Streamworks will do as much or as little maintenance for you or with you to keep your water feature and surrounding habitat ecologically sound.

Marcel will customize a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or annual maintenance program for your paradise. Or, he will provide you with a training program to assist you in becoming an informed water garden hobbyist.

Pondless Waterfall and Fountainscape maintenance may require:
• Replacement of gravel and rocks
• Checking and cleaning pumps for proper flow
• Checking auto-fill valve for proper function and water level
• Trimming stream plants, removal of dead leaves and flowers
• Pressure washing the waterfall(s), stream(s)
• Inspecting LED lights and timers
Ecosystem Pond maintenance may require:

• Cleaning skimmer net/filter pads
• Checking pumps for proper flow
• Checking auto-fill valve for proper function and water level
• Skimming water surface, sides and bottom
• Trimming pond and stream plants, removal of dead leaves and flowers
• Replacement of gravel and rocks
• Addition/removal of floating plants
• Application of beneficial bacteria and string algae water treatments
• Inspection of LED lights and timers
Ecosystem Pond annual maintenance may include:

• Draining the pond(s)
• Gently relocating fish to large tub with aerator
• Water landscaping plantings with nutrient rich pond water
• Cleaning and replacing filter mats and skimmer net
• Replacement of aquatic light fixture bulbs
• Back flush
• Cleaning and replacing Biofalls mats
• Refilling pond and addition of de-chlorinator to neutralize city water
• Re-introduce fish
