North Vancouver, BC After deciding to rebuild our leaking 20 year old pond, we contacted Streamworks Designs and the process from start to finish was excellent. Byron took the time to listen to what we were looking for and gave us a detailed quote for a pondless waterfall and reviewed the entire process with us. He and James visited us again a week before the rebuild started to discuss what to expect.James, Tyler and Chris did an outstanding job. The demo of the old pond was professional and tidy. Precautions were taken to ensure none of our existing brick patio and pathway were damaged.Using the existing pond footprint, our new pondless waterfall has more dramatic drops, increased lighting, and more visual appeal. Making smart use of the available space, the waterfall looks much larger than what we had before. We could not be more pleased. Their attention to detail, creativity and the end result was exceptional. If you’re looking for a pond, waterfall or other water feature, give Streamworks Designs a call. You won’t be disappointed. The StreamWorks guys (Byron, James and Tyler) did a fantastic job on my backyard pond and water feature. I have had a pond in my yard for about 30 years and it started to leak. When I called Byron to explore information he was very helpful we discussed all the various options. Once they started building the new pond, the guys worked amazingly fast, did everything I wanted, and showed me how it would be so much better than before. They were very careful, didn't disturb any more than needed around the yard and cleaned up all the mess afterward. They were responsive and quick to come back to make a few adjustments needed and now it is perfect. I am thrilled with the results and highly recommend these guys. Great group of guys, answered all my questions I had. Went above and beyond with their customer service. Just got my water fountain cleaned by Streamworks Designs. They are so easy to deal with. Bryon provided detailed quote and you can easily accept the quote online to further confirm a schedule. Tyler and his partner did a great job cleaning. Really appreciated that Tyler called before and after work to explain and provide maintenance tips. Will definitely have Streamworks for future maintenance work! Our water feature is a bit atypical with an external pump that stopped working. Streamworks found and installed an appropriate pump in what was a bit of a challenging situation. Excellent service.
